Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original hard case.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible and the old one is removed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our optical specialists will inspect the frames upon arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
